Dr. Mark Kheifets obtained his medical degree from Ben Gurion University, Israel. He is a Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Sports Medicine specialist.
He is currently in his first year of a 2-year fellowship (interventional and structural) at Toronto General Hospital, Toronto, Canada. Prior to coming to Toronto, he completed a 1-year fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the Rabin Medical Center, Petah-Tikva, Israel. Dr. Kheifets is active in the field of medical education and research. His main research interests include acute coronary syndrome, percutaneous coronary interventions, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, transcatheter edge to edge repair and endothelial function.
