Aravind Sekhar is an Assistant Professor in the Cardiology Division of Texas Tech University of Health Sciences at El Paso, Texas. He is an Interventional Cardiologist with an interest in acute coronary syndromes, out of hospital cardiac arrest and Complex high risk PCI. As a practicing Interventional Cardiologist, he is always looking for pragmatic solutions and guidance. He is presenting a case series of PCI complications as we learn the most from case based discussions especially complications. Case based discussions are the foundation of our field of Interventional Cardiology extending from the legendary Andreas Gruentzig, and they help the operator to both reflect and improve from input from Masters in the field, and also helps guide other colleagues who may be facing similar challenging cases.
