Interventional and Critical Care Cardiologist

Adnan Khalif is an interventional and critical care cardiologist at the Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He currently serves as the Co-Director of the CICU at AGH and also serves as the Associate Program Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship. He is one of the few physicians in the United States to have completed his training in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, and critical care medicine. He was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor society at Drexel University College of Medicine for his high academic achievement and demonstration of leadership, teaching, and service. He is a clinician-educator whose work primarily focuses on medical education, critical care cardiology and the team oriented interventional based approaches to complex coronary artery disease, pulmonary embolism, and cardiogenic shock care.
