Dr. Oluwaseun Akinseye serves as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He is also the Associate Program Director of the newly established Methodist Healthcare Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program, the Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services at Methodist University and South Hospitals, and the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Akinseye has an extensive portfolio of high-quality research publications and is a co-author of a book chapter. He currently serves as the principal investigator for the RECOR US GPS post-approval study and is a co-investigator in the ongoing RECHARGE Trial
