Dr. Jacob Abraham is the Section Head of Advanced Heart Failure at Providence Heart Institute. He is an advanced HF/transplant cardiologist and began the HF program at Providence in Oregon. He is a co-founder of Hemodynamic Frontiers in HF (HF2) and scientific steering committee member of Cardiogenic Shock Working Group, reflecting his reserach interests in ambulatory and acute hemodynics in HF and MCS. He is engaged in numerous clinical trials in all stages of HF.
