Dr Joaquim Spadoni Barboza is an assistant professor at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). He is the program director for the interventional cardiology fellowship and director of the complex and high-risk coronary intervention (CHIP) program at UIC. His main area of interest is in the treatment of coronary chronic total occlusions and education.
