Dr. Douglas Drachman is an interventional cardiologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he is the Teresa G. and Ferdinand F. Martignetti Endowed Chair for Cardiovascular Medicine, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Director of Education in Cardiology, and Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program. He received the American College of Cardiology's W. Proctor Harvey, MD, Young Teacher Award (2011), served as Chair for the ACC.23/WCC and ACC.24 Scientific Sessions, was selected for the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions' Emerging Leaders Mentorship program (2011), received MSCAI designation (2024), and the Pioneers in Performance Award for Education in North America at the 43rd Veith Symposium (2016).
