Dr. Tayal serves as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Director of the Structural Heart Program at Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and involved as a Principle Investigator in several ongoing clinical research trials, has authored a number of book chapters, peer reviewed manuscripts, and is considered one of the international authorities on percutaneous axillary access in addition to complex percutaneous coronary intervention. He was named a Future Leader of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) in 2014, selected to be a member of the Vision 2020 Council in 2017, named a Young Leader in Interventional Cardiology in 2018, and Master Faculty to the Coronary Artery and Myocardial Protected (CAMP) PCI Program in 2020.
