Dr. Peter A. Soukas is the Director of Vascular Medicine and the Interventional Vascular Laboratories at The Miriam and Rhode Island Hospitals. He is also the Director of the Brown Vascular & Endovascular Medicine Fellowship Program, training the next generation of cardiovascular medicine specialists. Dr. Soukas is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine of Brown University.

Dr. Soukas’ clinical research interests include carotid stenting, intravascular lithotripsy, femoropopliteal stent-grafts, and the interventional treatment of both arterial and venous peripheral vascular disease. He has been a site principal investigator on over 170 clinical trials, including 27 carotid trials, and was the global PI for the RELINE MAX study. He has delivered over 500 invited presentations nationally and internationally with dozens of peer reviewed publications.
