Dr. Tanveer Rab is a Professor of Medicine and Master Clinician at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and Master Interventionalist of the Society of Coronary Angiography and Interventions (MSCAI).
Dr. Rab is the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization laboratory and Director of Interventional Cardiology at Emory Decatur Hospital.
He has served on the joint ACC/AHA guidelines writing committee, is currently on the Communications Committee and Bifurcation club of SCAI and is a member of the ABIM examination writing and approval committee for Interventional Cardiology. He is the host of the monthly webinars for the SCAI Bifurcation Club.
Dr. Rab is a high-volume complex PCI operator with published clinical research interests in Left Main and coronary bifurcation interventions, coronary atherectomy procedures, cardiac arrest and cardiogenic shock.
