Herbert D. Aronow, MD, MPH, is a Professor in the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and Medical Director of Heart & Vascular Services at Henry Ford Health. He is an interventional cardiologist and vascular medicine specialist focused on coronary and peripheral vascular intervention. Dr. Aronow has authored more than 220 original publications, editorials, reviews, book chapters and scientific statements and sits on the Editorial Boards of Circulation, Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions, JACC, JACC Interventions, Vascular Medicine and JSCAI. He is the Immediate Past President of SVM, was inaugural Chair of the ACC Peripheral Vascular Disease Section, is a former SCAI Trustee and is 2024 AHA/ACC LE PAD Guidelines Vice-Chair.
