Sanjog Kalra, MD, MSc is the Associate Program Director of Interventional Cardiology at the Albert Einstein Health Network. Dr. Kalra undertook his undergraduate, graduate and medical training in Canada with Fellowships in Adult Cardiology from Dalhousie University and Interventional Cardiology at St. Michael's Hospital, University of Toronto. His training culminated at Columbia University in New York as the first ever Complex, High-Risk (and Indicated) Patient (CHIP Program) Fellow, where he focused on complex, high-risk and chronic total occlusion percutaneous coronary interventions and the use of mechanical circulatory support in the treatment of high-risk PCI and cardiogenic shock. Dr. Kalra is an active contributor to the literature and presents frequently at both national and international meetings.
