Dr. Dominic Allocco is the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Shockwave/Johnson and Johnson. He leads the Clinical Affairs team and is responsible for clinical studies in coronary therapies, peripheral vascular disease and valvular heart disease. Prior to joining Shockwave, Dom was Vice President of Clinical for the Cardiology group at Boston Scientific. Dom received his BA in Economics from Harvard College and then received his MD from Stanford University. He also holds an MS in Engineering from Stanford University as well as an MS in Biomedical Informatics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dom completed residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is based in Minnesota.
