Dr. Jeffrey Popma was the Director, Interventional Cardiology at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Popma was the Director of the BIDMC Imaging Core Laboratory that focuses on the evaluation of novel vascular interventional tools and structural heart intervention.

Jeffrey Popma is now Chief Scientific and Strategic Officer at CRF. A world-renowned leader in cardiovascular research, Dr. Popma drives forward pivotal programs and initiatives that will shape CRF’s future and fuel innovation at the CRF® Clinical Trials Center (CTC). His leadership is instrumental in the development of the recently launched Real-World Data and Outcomes Center, advancing CRF’s commitment to impactful research. Additionally, he is Program Director for New York Valves and TCT® (Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics®), CRF’s flagship scientific meeting. Dr. Popma plays a key role in guiding the organization’s transformative contributions to the field of cardiovascular medicine.
